The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is progressing with plans to add a stunning third stage to the Werribee Mausoleum, offering new crypt spaces in Melbourne’s west.
Key features of the planned mausoleum building include an impressive piazza area, which will include a statue at its centre, and granite and cobblestone paving that will form a pattern inspired by the Piazza San Pietro in front of St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.
Beautiful garden landscaping, intricate mosaic artworks, and sheltered spaces will further enhance this area, making it a peaceful and tranquil place to remember, reflect, and honour life.
